Working principle
The core working principle of the rotary vibrating screen stems from its unique power transmission and combined motion form. The vertical vibration motor at the top of the equipment is its power source, and there is an eccentric block at each end of the motor.
By adjusting the relative angles of these two eccentric blocks, a complex three-dimensional motion can be achieved: the superposition of horizontal, vertical and inclined movements, and the motion trajectory in space appears as a three-dimensional spiral line.
This process can be broken down into:
1. Horizontal circular motion: This causes the materials on the sieve surface to spread evenly and move towards the periphery.
2. Vertical up-and-down vibration: This enables the materials to jump on the sieve surface, effectively preventing the clogging of the sieve holes and accelerating the passage of fine particles through the sieve.
The combined application of these two types of movements enables the materials to be fully dispersed and diluted on the screening surface, while also facilitating efficient stratification and screening through the sieve, thereby achieving rapid screening, classification or solid-liquid separation.
