Product description
The sealed ton bag feeding station is a fully automatic bag-opening and unloading equipment specifically designed for ton bags containing materials. It adopts a fully enclosed structure and integrates material lifting, dust-free bag opening, and efficient dust removal systems, completely solving the problems of dust pollution and high labor intensity caused by traditional manual bag opening. This equipment complies with environmental protection and GMP standards, has a compact structure and customizable materials, and is widely used in the chemical and food industries. Working principle
After the ton bags are lifted and positioned, their discharge ports are introduced into a sealed chamber and sealed tightly. Subsequently, the bag openings are loosened, and the materials fall into the lower hopper under the force of gravity. During this process, the built-in dust removal system operates simultaneously to maintain negative pressure inside the chamber to prevent dust from spilling out. For materials with poor fluidity, the equipment will activate vibration or tapping devices to assist in discharging, preventing bridging. Finally, the materials are automatically sent to the next process through the bottom-connected conveying equipment, completing a dust-free and efficient unloading operation.
