Working principle
Power drive: The eccentric shaft rotates under the drive of the motor, converting the circular motion into the inclined swinging motion of the screen body, providing the core motion source for screening;
Three-dimensional motion: Under the action of the power, the screen body simultaneously generates combined motions of forward and backward reciprocation, left and right swaying, and slight up and down jolting, allowing the materials to spread forward in a spiral pattern on the screen surface, avoiding local accumulation;
Classification and separation: During the movement, particles smaller than the sieve holes quickly pass through the sieve net and become the screened material, while particles larger than the sieve holes continue to advance along the screen surface and become the screened material. If multiple layers of sieves are configured, it can also simultaneously achieve the separation of multiple particle size grades.
